SK Solutions Group collects only the information we need to respond to you and to look after your site. This page explains what that is and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you request a proposal we collect your name, company, work email, phone number, sector, site suburb, the services you're interested in and anything you choose to tell us about your site. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that conversation.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request and arrange a site visit.
- To prepare a scope and proposal for your site.
- To manage our working relationship if you become a client, including invoicing.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers that help us run the business, listed below.
We also collect business contact details from public sources and business data providers, so we can contact organisations that may need commercial cleaning. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying "stop" or "unsubscribe" to any of our emails.
Where it's stored
Enquiries are stored in our customer management system (GoHighLevel) and our email (Google). Invoices are kept in our accounting system (Xero). Business contact data and outreach email go through Apollo and Instantly. Our own server is in Sydney (Contabo). Some of these providers store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. We use them only for the purposes above.
Email and AI tools
We use software, including AI services (Anthropic), to sort the email we receive and to draft replies. A person at SK reviews every reply before it's sent. Emails are processed only to run SK's own business, and the AI services we use don't use this data to train their models.
Google user data
SK uses an internal tool, SK AIOS, that connects to SK's own Google accounts. It reads Gmail messages and calendar events to sort email, draft replies for our team to review, and keep track of appointments. It doesn't access anyone else's Google account.
SK AIOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data from Google APIs isn't sold, isn't used for advertising, isn't used to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine learning models, and is only read by people when needed to run SK's business, for security, or to comply with the law.
This website
The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when the page loads.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@sksolutionsgroup.com.au or calling 1300 183 853. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, tell us first and we'll respond within 24 hours. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
